Dan and family ~ I'm so sorry to hear of your loss... I know how devastating this is. Our old chocolate lab, Fudge, was almost 14 when we had to put her to sleep 9 years ago. It is still painful and I think of her often ... still miss her terribly.
We have never gotten another dog, but I miss having one. I know you have some wonderful memories of and fun stories about her. I hope these can offer you some comfort.
